Meet Our Provider
Our provider is Paige Davis, DNP, FNP-C. Paige obtained her doctorate degree from Samford University in Birmingham, AL, where she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau for excellence in nursing.
Her undergrad education took place at Itawamba Community College, University of MS, & Mississippi University for Women.
She has worked in the medical field for thirteen years. Prior to becoming a board-certified nurse practitioner, Paige was employed by North MS Medical Center where she worked as a registered nurse.
Her background includes training in ICU-medical, ICU-surgical, step-down unit, post-surgery unit (general, trauma, & bariatrics), operating room, PACU, stroke unit, medical/surgical floors, & wound care/hyperbaric medicine.
She has spent the last two years providing telehealth & hospital transfer services to hospitals nationwide.
Paige has been nominated for numerous awards over the years by patients & their family members, including the DAISY award for excellent nursing care. Family Medicine has always been an interest to Paige.
Once you meet her you will know that she truly does strive to not only take care of people but to build relationships with people so she can tailor to their individual healthcare needs.

Primary Care
Wellness visits, walk-in sick visits, & chronic disease management. We take pride in providing comprehensive care to meet all of your healthcare needs.
We advocate for you by listening to you, providing prompt diagnosis, treatment, and referrals if necessary.
We focus on preventive care to hopefully delay or avoid chronic diseases (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, etc.).
If you are already dealing with chronic diseases then our goal is to help you manage them so you can get back to living your best life.
Aesthetics
At Premier Family Practice we not only want to make you feel your best but we want you to look your best.
We offer skin consultations so that you can work with our aesthetician to see what your individualized needs are.
We specialize in neurotoxins (i.e. botox and competitive brands) and dermal fillers. We offer lip flips, spa brow lifts, lip fillers, etc.
Ear Piercing
Trust your ears with a medical professional! All piercings are done with a piercing gun.
We use medical grade, single-use compartments for our piercings which means there is no risk of any blood-borne illness transmission.
We only pierce along the outside of the ear & the nose at this time. We use silver titanium studs that are hypoallergenic & safe for clients with nickel allergies.
Medical plastic (suture material) studs are available for anyone who has had any severe or anaphylactic reactions with any type of metal in the past. Pricing is $100 per set of piercings & includes the studs, and use of numbing cream (if applicable).
Single piercings & nose piercings are $50.
